The Dear Spin Sisters podcast began at the height of the pandemic with the purpose of sharing women's stories and has evolved into a record of a seven year journey filled with personal insights, mistakes we would laugh about and lessons learned.
Updated in 2026, Dear Spin Sisters takes an honest look at what it means to search for meaning and to strive for your higher purpose. There is no magic potion except the willingness to be gentle with yourself and others and to accept that we all have the genetic capability to evolve beyond our current reality.
It is our hope that you'll gather with friends, savor stories of your own and linger a while in the bliss of real human connection.

Join Calamity Jayne and Roxy as they review season one, introduce season two plans, and discuss their own vision to create a screenplay and treatment for their book Shut Your Mouth: Advice I Ignored, Lessons She Taught by October 17, 2021! In this departure from 2020, they take a look at creating dreams through intentional planning, mindfulness, and setting a vision.
The 2021 Season will include weekly updates regarding the steps they're taking to reach the dream, ah ha moments from the week, and finally, a monthly interview hosting women and a guest of their choice where they will tell a part of their story through a series of questions leading to favorite memories and lessons learned from the most influential female in their lives. As Roxy puts it, "buckle up for a wild ride"!
